Everything! When we got there we were upgraded for free to a balcony room which we loved, it was so nice having our own little space outside so we cant thank you enough for that! The room was big and clean and so nice, bed really comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels and water and coffee which was great. All the staff were so nice too, the pool was good and the restaurant did good pizzas which they give you discount on your first visit, we would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

Rooms are big. Pillows soft (finally). Fridge, kettle, aircon, desk and some hanging space. Nice pool with a bar metres away. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Great outdoor eating, drinking and chilling area near pool. Hotel offers scooter rental. The security guard is so helpful, and so were all the other staff, but the security guy was my favourite. House=keeping service good.

We are usually out for a day tour but every time we go back to our rooms the house keeping make sure the everything is clean and neat…they have super friendly staff that always greet you and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful especially during our tours they arrange everything…We are certainly be staying here again!

The staffs are all kind and accommodating. Whenever they see you they ensure to approach you with a smile and greetings. This is the first ever hotel I have experienced very excellent service. They upgraded our room because it’s our anniversary. Nevertheless, with upgrade or not. I will definitely come back here because of their people.

very good location in the town proper, one short ride away from restaurants around the town. also near Mt Tapyas which is another attraction. staff were also very nice and accommodating, and facilities were clean. they have a roof deck (but not in use) with good views - pictures are taken from there.
